These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Indian Trail Yard Care website and services. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Indian Trail Yard Care provides residential and commercial lawn maintenance services in the Indian Trail, NC area and surrounding communities. Services include mowing, weed-eating, and blowing, as well as additional lawn care services as described on our website.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are generated based on property measurements and selected service frequency.
  • Quoted prices are valid at the time of quote generation and may change if property conditions differ significantly from what was measured.
  • Large or unusual properties may require manual review before a final price is confirmed.
  • Prices may be updated periodically. Active customers will be notified in advance of any price changes.

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings are confirmed via email and/or SMS once submitted and accepted.
  • We aim to service your property on the scheduled day, but weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances may require rescheduling. You will be notified of any changes.
  • Recurring services are scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis as selected during booking.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us via email, phone, or through your customer portal.
  • No cancellation fees apply for recurring service cancellations.
  • If you cancel a scheduled visit with less than 24 hours notice, a trip charge may apply.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due after each service visit unless you are enrolled in level billing (equal monthly payments).
  • We accept credit and debit card payments processed securely through Stripe.
  • A valid payment method must be on file for recurring service customers.
  • Invoices are sent via email after each completed service. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
  • Late payments may incur fees as specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Property Access

  • You are responsible for ensuring our crew has access to the property on service days, including unlocking gates and securing pets.
  • If we are unable to access the property, a trip charge may apply and the visit will be rescheduled.
  • Please remove or identify obstacles (toys, hoses, decorations) from the lawn area prior to your service.

7. Liability

  • We carry general liability insurance. If our crew causes damage to your property during service, please report it within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, or objects hidden in the grass.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service visit during which the damage occurred.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Indian Trail Yard Care regarding your service, including:

  • Service confirmations and reminders
  • On-the-way notifications
  • Rescheduling alerts
  • Quote and invoice notifications

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your preferences in the customer portal. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.

9. Customer Portal

You may access your customer portal to view invoices, estimates, payment history, service documents, and manage your account settings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Indian Trail Yard Care website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve it. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
