Pricing

How is my price determined?+
Your price is based on your lawn's measured square footage, the service frequency you choose, and any applicable surcharges. Use our online quote tool to see your exact per-visit price — no phone call needed.
What affects the cost?+
The main factors are lot size, mowing frequency (weekly vs biweekly vs one-time), and current grass condition. Biweekly adds $15/visit because the grass is taller. One-time visits add $25/visit. First-time visits on overgrown lawns may include a grow-in surcharge.
Do you charge extra for properties over 14,000 sq ft?+
Properties over 14,000 sq ft need a custom quote from our office. Use the request form on the quote page and we will follow up with personalized pricing.

Scheduling

How often can I schedule service?+
We offer weekly, biweekly, and one-time visits. Weekly is the most popular and gives the best results. Biweekly works for slower-growing lawns or tighter budgets.
Can I reschedule or skip a visit?+
Yes — you can reschedule or skip through your customer portal at any time before your crew is dispatched. There's no penalty for occasional skips on recurring plans.
How do I know when my crew is coming?+
You'll receive an email reminder the day before your scheduled visit. You can also check upcoming dates anytime in your customer portal.

Payments

When am I charged?+
You're only charged after your service is complete. Your crew marks the job done, and your card on file is billed automatically. No prepayment required.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers. You add your payment method during booking.
Can I get a refund?+
If there's an issue with your service, contact us and we'll make it right. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

We primarily serve Indian Trail and surrounding neighborhoods in Union County, NC. Our service zones include Indian Trail, Stallings, Wesley Chapel, Weddington, and nearby communities.

What's included

What does a standard visit include?+
Every visit includes a full mow at the appropriate height, string-trimming (weed-eating) along edges, driveways, sidewalks, and fence lines, and a blow-off of all hard surfaces. We leave your yard looking clean and uniform.
Do you offer leaf removal or bush trimming?+
Our standard service focuses on mowing, edging, and blowing. Seasonal services like leaf removal or bush trimming may be available — contact our office to discuss.
Do I need to be home during service?+
No — most customers aren't home during service. Just make sure gates are accessible and pets are secured. If there's a gate code, you can add it in your customer portal.

Cancellation

Is there a contract or commitment?+
No long-term contracts. Recurring plans continue until you cancel or pause them. You can cancel anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us.
How do I cancel my service?+
