What's included in each visit?+
Every visit includes a full mow, string-trim (weed-eat) along edges, driveways, and fence lines, and a blow-off of hard surfaces. We leave your yard looking clean and uniform.
Are there any surcharges?+
Yes — biweekly visits add $15 per visit because the grass is taller. One-time visits add $25 per visit. First-time visits may also include a grow-in-the-jungle surcharge if the lawn hasn't been maintained recently. Weekly mowing starts at $35 for lawns under 9,000 sq ft and $45 from 9,000–14,000 sq ft. Properties over 14,000 sq ft receive a custom quote from our office.
When am I charged?+
You're only charged after your service is complete. Your card stays on file and is billed once your crew marks the job done. No prepayment required.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH bank transfers. You add your payment method during booking and it stays securely on file.
What if I need to skip a visit?+
No problem — you can skip or reschedule through your customer portal anytime before your crew is dispatched. There's no penalty for occasional skips on recurring plans.
